The Thin Blue Line

NCR Regional Chief Ranger, Will Reynolds came to visit us at Harpers Ferry today.  We had the oppurtunity to give him a condition report and let him know all the exciting experiences and training we had to endure so far.  We were helping Supervisor Mark Howard conduct a driving training for two volunteers and we were able to demostrate to Reynolds and the volunteers how to safely and accurately drive through the course.  Cheif Ranger of Harpers Ferry, Jeff Woods, was able to be present at the time.

2012 24th Annual Candlelight Vigil

Ranger Will Reynolds wanted us to guess what his license plate stands for (THNBLLN).  After conducting some research we figured out that it stands for "Thin Blue Line".  He said we would be able to get this because it relates to our career.  The 'Thin Blue Line' is a symbol that commemorates police officers, people who serve and protect the well being of the public.
