Summer visits by program administrators

One important component of the ProRanger program is visits to the summer partner parks by program administrators. The visits serve multiple purposes.  They are an opportunity for the program to meet with park staff and supervisors to assess the student's performance in the internship.  The student also provides feedback about the experience the park and its staff are providing to the student so the program can evaluate its consistency with the goals of the program.  Finally, it allows an opportunity for the park leadership and the program administrators to establish relationships and exchange feedback that can and has resulted in improvements to the program.

Over the next 8 weeks, Vicki Lewis McGarvey, Anthony Luongo and Adrian Fernandez will be making visits to the summer 2016 partner parks.  We'll be posting about our park visits here.
