Hi everyone,
I’m at Chesapeake and Ohio Canal for the summer. I have just
ended week three and it’s been an amazing time so far. In just this little time
I have learned so much about the park and NPS. I had the pleasure of being with
resources for the past two weeks. At
C&O Canal we re-enact the lock system and over the last two weeks I got to
watch and get a better understand of how the canal operated. Even though I have
learned so much already I can’t wait to see what this week has in store. These are some pictures of the boat and the lock system used at great falls.
